Reset [2020]

Following Martha’s life from her diagnosis through the eyes of her family, Reset sees the 4 women who play Martha across different ages in In Transit occupy new roles, revealed as the people close to Martha as her condition progresses.

A series of vignettes follow the women as their lives intersect, revealing the changing nature of her relationships to others, her surroundings and herself. Assembled by an algorithm, the film never manifests the same way twice. Reset has been exhibited at Martha [Alzheimer's Machine III] at Wigan STEAM in May-July 2019, Pineapple Black in Middlesbrough in August-September 2019 and Martha [Alzheimer's Machine III] at Shieldfield Art Works in March 2020.

Costume Design: Heather Reid
Cast: Jane Hayward, Linda Greenwood, Sophie Boyd, Jude Nelson, Gordon Hindson
